About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Human Services Strategy to play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the community's strategic response to human services and related priority areas. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at identifying and addressing emerging needs, and will be responsible for translating data, research, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable strategies. A background in nonprofit, human services, philanthropy, or related fields is preferred, with at least 5-7 years of leadership experience. The role also involves supervising and mentoring staff, so experience in staff development and a Bachelor's degree are required, with a Master's degree in a related field being a plus. The candidate should be a trusted leader, capable of working with diverse stakeholders, and be dedicated to the mission of improving the lives of those in the community.
