Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Dental Hygienist Assistant to work at a facility in Green Bay, WI. These are registry positions with our company.

Job Summary:
As a Dental Hygiene Assistant, you are an integral part of the care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team. Join our dynamic dental practice as a Dental Hygienist! Responsibilities:
-Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization.
-Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress.
-Update patient health history and chart treatment progress.
-Expose and develop radiographs (if certified).
-Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
-Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments.
-Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems.
-Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with the industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Candidates must have prior dental assisting experience to be considered.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort.

Education

Required Education:
-High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Education:
-Associate's Degree or certification in Dental Assisting (preferred but not required).
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-BLS certification.
-X-ray training or certification.
Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
-Certified Dental Assistant.
