Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information about Amend Treatments mental health services
• Assist potential clients in setting up appointments and answering inquiries about treatment programs
• Provide empathetic and supportive communication to individuals seeking help for mental health challenges
• Utilize active listening skills to understand client needs and connect them with appropriate resources
• Maintain accurate records of chat interactions and follow-up actions for future reference

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with individuals experiencing mental health issues
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with live chat software

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or mental health support role
• Experience working in a residential treatment center or similar environment is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
