Job Description

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Court filing systems such as NYSCEF, PACER, and E-Law
• Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Provide litigation support efficiently from inception through resolution
• Work closely with other staff and attorneys
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients
• Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information for cases
• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Maintain case files and document management systems
• Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling client meetings
