Established in 1976, Sun Life Health has been an integral part of providing health, wellness education and resources to the community, as well as playing an active role in improving the overall economic development of Pinal County in Arizona. As a non-profit Community Health Center, Sun Life Health serves over 50,000 patients per year, at 9 locations in Pinal and Maricopa counties and we're continuing to grow!
We currently have flexible opportunities in Casa Grande and Chandler for OB/GYN Physicians.

What will your week look like:
3-4 days of clinic - good mix of OB and GYN with options to tailor to your preferences
0.5-1 day of surgery - with partner support for all majors as desired, first assists available as well
1-2 days of call at level 2 facility (32 weeks and up)- average 6-8 24-hour call per month with CNM support many shifts
Weekly post call day (or administrative day if no call)
Closing notes within 5 business days
Clearing inbox (patient calls, labs, imaging, orders)
Fully ramped Physicians average 22 patients per day in clinic
Option to supervise Physician Assistants and Certified Nurse Midwives with stipend
Optional involvement with Family Medicine Residency Program with stipend
Option to engage as Preceptor for Medical, PA, NP students during their clinical training with stipend
Who we are looking for:
Successful candidates must be actively licensed or able to obtain license as MD / DO, with DEA, in good standing, with no restrictions in the state of Arizona.
OBGYN Board Certification or Board Eligible
Must successfully pass all background checks
Team players who are mission driven, self-motivated, innovative, and desire to work with medical underserved patient population
Physicians who will be completing their residency and need a supportive environment to start practice in
Established physicians who desire a balanced quality of life, mix of OB and GYN patients, and enjoy practicing evidence-based medicine with an excellent team of clinicians

$300,000 -$375,000 annual salary + monthly productivity bonuses + educational stipends
Medical/Dental/Vision- no waiting period

$5,000 CME annual allowance + 40 hours paid CME time
Covered Malpractice Insurance via FTCA
Fees reimbursed for state license and DEA
10 paid holidays, 160 hours paid vacation + sick time-accrual begins immediately
FQHC- eligible to apply for student loan assistance plans with the State of AZ, HRSA and NHSC, qualifies for Public Student Loan Forgiveness
